MACHINED FITTINGS

Custom Machined fittings are our specialty with a large variety of materials such as; tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and plastics. We provide services including anything from rush jobs to larger production runs. THR uses late-model Mazak equipment to hold your precise tolerances on machine fittings. All of our Mazak mills have Renishaw probes, which reduce scrap, reduce setting times, produce faster automatic and repeatability set up of metal-cutting operations. By using the probe, it’s up to ten times faster than manual methods. We use conversational programming, so an operator can easily generate a part program at the machine in minutes. All of our Mazak Mills are equipped with 30 tool magazines, except the VTC 300 which has a 48 tool magazine for machining complex components. Our Mazak machines are designed to have high accuracy, create repeatable tooling, and run multiple shifts.
