CNC Machined Plates & Fixture Components
THR Machinery machines CNC machined plates, fixture bases, brackets, tooling components, and prototype parts in-house. Using SolidWorks and Mazak CNC machining centers, we produce accurate, repeatable parts for custom equipment builds, replacement parts, and small production runs. We take pride in the details, including clean radiused edges and removing sharp corners for safer handling and a more professional finished part.
We can design machined plates and fixture components in SolidWorks or work directly from your existing CAD files. With our Mazak CNC machining centers, including our VTC 300 Mazak, we are equipped to produce high-quality machined plates for prototypes, custom tooling, fixtures, and production applications.
All of our CNC mills are equipped with Renishaw probes, helping us maintain accuracy, repeatability, and confidence throughout the machining process.
