Dedicated Tube Bender
THR Machinery designs and builds a dedicated tube bender for customer-specific tube and hose applications. Each machine is designed in SolidWorks, reviewed with the customer, and built with CNC machined components produced in-house on our Mazak equipment. Our tube benders are bolted and doweled together for accuracy, repeatability, and serviceability, with no welding required. If part changes are needed, the design can often be modified using existing bolt-hole locations, helping reduce lead time and rework.
