THR Machinery

Reverse Engineering

THR Machinery provides reverse engineering services for companies that need replacement parts, discontinued components, overseas parts, or parts with no available drawings. Using real-world measurements, customer samples, and SolidWorks design, we can recreate worn, broken, or hard-to-source parts into accurate 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings. Once the model is approved, THR can machine the part in-house on Mazak CNC equipment for dependable fit, function, and repeatability. This gives customers a practical way to replace obsolete parts, reduce downtime, and keep critical equipment running when original parts are no longer available.

Broken Part to Finished Replacement

THR Machinery can reverse engineer broken or obsolete parts when no drawings are available. The photos below show a damaged customer sample and the finished replacement parts we produced after creating new CAD files in SolidWorks. Once the design was approved, we machined the replacement parts in-house on our Mazak CNC equipment for accurate fit, dependable function, and repeatable results. This helps customers replace hard-to-find components, reduce downtime, and keep equipment running.
