Inspection & Accuracy
THR Machinery uses modern inspection practices to help ensure machined parts, fixtures, tooling, and assemblies meet the intended design requirements. Our inspection process includes comparing finished components and assemblies to SolidWorks models to verify fit, accuracy, and consistency.
By using SolidWorks throughout the design process, we are able to build from accurate 3D CAD data and maintain clear communication from concept through production. This helps reduce errors, improve repeatability, and ensure the finished product matches the approved model and customer expectations.
CMM Inspection
THR Machinery provides CMM inspection capabilities to validate complex machined components, fixtures, and tooling. CMM inspection allows us to compare finished parts or assemblies against the SolidWorks model and confirm that critical dimensions and features are within required specifications.
This process is especially valuable for custom machine tools, precision fixtures, machined fittings, prototype parts, and assembly equipment where accuracy and repeatability are essential.
