Mubea Clamp Installation Equipment & Fixtures
THR Machinery designs and builds Mubea clamp installation equipment and custom clamp fixtures for earless clamps, ear clamps, and spring band clamp applications. Using SolidWorks, we design each fixture around the customer’s part, clamp location, and in-car position requirements to help ensure the clamp is installed in the same position every cycle. We have also developed a controlled clamp-opening process to help prevent clamps from flying or releasing unexpectedly when the machine activates and opens the clamp for installation. Our clamp installer equipment is built for repeatability, operator safety, and dependable production use.
Interchangeable Mubea Clamp Installation Platens
THR Machinery can design dedicated Mubea clamp installation platens for specific customer parts while keeping the main base machine reusable. This allows customers to run multiple part numbers on one base machine by changing out the platen instead of purchasing a completely separate machine for every part. The result is lower equipment cost, faster changeover, and repeatable clamp installation for production use.
